(109 reviews) Hotel Staff was very courteous and provided excellent service most of the time. There were some occurrences during lunch when staff appeared overwhelmed. Room was kept clean and was serviced regularly. nice room accommodations. Internet however did have some problems, especially in the rooms, making work somewhat challenging on occasions. pool was a nice change, however, would recommend trying to keep this open later on certain days. 7PM seems extremely early for the area, especially on weekends. (153 reviews) Several parts of the room were falling apart, the ceiling near the air conditioner was mouldy, the ironing board holder wasn't screwed to the wall, the towel hanger was hanging off. The bathroom bath plug was filled with hair. In the bathroom we encountered a cockroach. The floor was constantly wet possibly due to the bath or toilet leaking. The do not disturb and clean room buttons were broken, thankfully they had signs... But they only cleaned our room once over 3 days so we had to buy toilet roll as we had ran out. This was a business suite and I expected better quality. But the building is outdated and requires maintenance or refurbishment..
