Guest Access

You will have access to everything in the suite. Including access to your own private backyard.

If needed, you are welcome to use our full kitchen as well as our laundry services which are both located in our primary home.
These will be available to you by request, when available.

Other Details To Note

If you are planning to spend most of your time downtown, please note that it is about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic.

We do require a $350 deposit for every stay. The deposit will be held on your card the day of check in and be released back to your card three days following your stay. Keep in mind it is very rare for us to have to hold a deposit, but it is there for added security for us since each property is furnished with thousands of dollars of furnished goods for your enjoyment.

1) If you are a smoker please plan to smoke in the front of the garage and dispose of butts in the can on the left side of the garage door. Otherwise, this property is a non smoking property inside. Smoking of any kind inside will result in an additional $350 cleaning fee.

2) We ask you to please not wear your shoes inside the property as much as possible. The property is cleaned in full detail after each guest to ensure cleanliness and your safety.

3) Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please respect the quiet hours as there are neighbor's nearby.

4) We occasionally will have dogs on our property. You may hear our pups in the yard, but they are friendly and keep in mind both yards are fully fenced.

5) If you have a dog with you, please plan to clean up after them inside and outside of the property. Do NOT leave your dog unattended in the yard whatsoever. We do have a pet fee of $40 for one dog and allow up to two dogs with a pet fee of $50.

Interaction With Guests

We live in the main house. We can plan to meet you upon arrival or give you space. Whichever you prefer is fine with us.

Additional Rules

1) No smoking inside the space whatsoever ($350 cleaning fee will be added for violations)
2) Dogs are allowed but you must clean up after your dog inside and outside
3) Please don't wear dirty shoes around in the unit
4) Be kind and respectful to all your neighbors
5) Park only in designated locations set and communicated by host
6) Always let the host know of any issues that may occur during your stay
7) Be sure to register all guests who plan to stay overnight including pets
