This property is located three blocks from central downtown. The neighborhood is mostly middle aged couples with some families living nearby. Some homes may catch your eye as not very appealing, but the home itself is safe and secure. There has never been a safety issue at this property, however if you see something off putting the best advice we can give you is to simply call 911\. This property is located in downtown which has its own effects. Sanford Hospital 3 min (0.7 miles) Avera Hospital 7 min (1.7 miles) Downtown Sioux Falls 5 min (1.1 miles) Cathedral 5 min (0.9 miles) FSD Airport 8 min (3.2 miles) Guests have access to the whole house. There is a storage room in the basement where we ask guests not to go into, but the laundry room is welcome to be used. The garage is also not permitted to be used but the yard, dog kennel and fire pit can be used at your discretion. Guests access the home with a keypad on the back door off of the back patio. I am available within ten minutes and via text or phone call. Want to check in early or checkout late? We have an early check in fee of $25 per hour when check in is requested prior to 3pm. We have a late checkout fee when checkout is requested past 10am. It is strongly recommended to purchase Vrbo's travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. It was very close to Augustana, which was our reason for visiting. There were a couple of things that anybody renting should be aware of - they do not allow dogs in the bedrooms and the check out time is earlier than expected at 10 AM. I was a little put off because they ask that pets not be allowed in the bedrooms and the yard isn’t completely fenced in, so that seems not so pet friendly to me. We quickly got a response and got a code to get us into the property. The back yard was nice. We don't have a dog anymore, but the level area for a dog was will built with no gaps that a dog could squeeze through. It was so easy to get to most things we wanted or needed. The beds were all very nice. There were plenty of extra linens and bedding if needed. We would definitely recommend staying here. ##### Jim Z. Abby is so easy to communicate with as she was always quick to respond and very kind. The beds are so comfortable and the entire house is well stocked! I can’t say enough good things!
