Summary:
Enjoy this wonderfully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath townhome that is just steps off of 41st St! This place has recently been remodeled to make is cozy and comfortable, with all new appliance, furniture, and flooring! It is quiet enough to have a peaceful stay away from the noise, yet also within 2 blocks of over a dozen restaurants!

This space also has a 1 stall shared garage that comes with it, and a backyard to let your kids or pets run off some energy!

Great stay!

This home was perfect for our visit to Sioux Falls for a travel softball tournament. It was conveniently located to all of the fields as well as to shopping and groceries. The two living rooms were perfect for adults and teens to have their separate areas to hang out. House was well stocked. Everything was clean and appliances are all new!

Sioux Falls Wedding

House worked perfect for what we needed; there were six adults and we were in town for a wedding. The ceremony was at the Cathedral and reception was at Blue Haven. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay for a long weekend

It was exactly what they describe. Really clean and kept up. We needed 4 bedrooms for family coming up for USF graduation but only ended up using two of them. Cozy but modern. Well worth the price. Only thing I would change would have a bathroom downstairs. Thank you for adding to the perfect weekend

Great first time

First time doing this sort of thing and it was a pleasant experience. We didn't have any issues. Nice place and great set up for our large family. Only thing I'd even think to critique would be that it would have been nice to know there were extra supplies and a few games, but we didn't find out until our stay was almost over. Still a great stay, would stay again, and would recommend.

Best way to stay in Sioux Falls

We’ve been going to Sioux Falls for a summer swim meet for years and always stayed at a hotel. This was such a better experience giving the family room to spread out, a great location to access food (or make our own), and to bring our dog along on the trip. Will definitely do this again if we’re back in Sioux Falls in the future.

We stayed here after surgery following a cancer diagnosis. We were extremely happy with the house. James was a great host and easy to contact. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Souix Falls!

Property was beautiful. There were a few issues like the one bathroom is on the upstairs floor without a bathroom on the same floor as two of the bedrooms. A few repairs are needed like towel holder and dishwasher trim. These things scared us when they came off but were no big deal to us.
