The initial person I interfaced with had an accent and spoke very quietly. Me being 79 years old and wearing hearing aids had difficulties understanding.

No elevator for one!!! Rude staff would makes another. for being remodeled, it was dirty. The hallways were shotty at best and security was nowhere to be found. It was in a bad neighborhood evidently.

The TV and sink in the room were not working properly. The bed skirting was ripped in multiple places. Food was found on the floor. The screen window was torn open. Close location to the falls was only plus.

We stayed at this property because it was close to work due to weather however the person at the desk was rude and we didn’t get sleep because of the drunks in the hallway and room across from us. It wa solid all night and we will not be returning

They couldn't confirm or at least give an estimate of the charges for my stay. "We don't know" was the answer. This confused me. I realize there could be additional charges in the event of me causing any damage, but most hotels I have stayed at could always tell me initial cost. This seemed a bit "shady" to me

We stayed in a suite, nothing fancy but it was nice for the money. Lots of space, clean. The heater kept turning on and off about every 15-20 minutes. Decent breakfast.

Stayed here a couple of nights while moving into our apartment. Overall okay, had some cosmetic issues despite stating newly renovated. Bed was comfortable and shower was warm which was what I mostly cared about. I did have someone come to my door and when my fiancé answered he had seemed surprised, came up with an excuse, and then said wrong room. My fiancé did not get the best “vibe” from him. Also smokers right outside each morning some rowdy people living near us.

Sign says newly remodeled but I couldn't see where. Place is dated and run down. My first room had a broken bed frame and box spring. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Moved me to a different room which was better. Back door was always propped open with a rock in the door and people were hanging out in cars in the back parking lot. There was an abandoned puppy outside the door the next morning. I checked out a day early as I did not feel safe.

Almost good, but some major flaws.
We had a very spacious and recently renovated suite which seemed perfect until: 1. We couldn't get cable TV channels on the living room TV, although the TV in the bedroom worked fine. 2. Temperature is controlled by 2 fairly weak wall units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. When we checked in both units were shut off and it was very cold in the room as it was in December. These units were inadequate to heat the unit properly even though it wasn't that cold outside (December 12). 3. There was no top sheet or blanket on the bed, only a thin chamomile bed cover, so we were very cold during the night. In their defense the front desk person apologized profusely when informed about the poor bedding and stated that there should have been a top sheet and blanket.

Won't ever stay here again
Staff was less than friendly. Bed sagged in the middle and my head was significantly lower than my feet. It got hot in the room during the night so I tried turning the AC on. The remote didn't have any batteries in it, so went to the unit to turn it on. The AC only cooled for about 10 minutes, turned itself off, and wouldn't restart. Breakfast was awful. Sausage was tough/inedible. Couldn't cut it with a fork and knife. It didn't seem to be cooked all the way. Apple juice was gone. Orange juice was fermented. Selection was very limited and again the staff were not pleasant nor helpful. 1 cereal option, waffles, and 1 mini muffin were available that were ok to eat.
