The property is located in a busy environment, in a holiday home area. Also due to its location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: children's playground, swing, pavilion and garden furniture. **Location** Siofok. The holiday apartement is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. **Special** air conditioning. **Facilities:** baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via electric wire. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
