The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1995, was renovated in 2021, and is luxuriously furnished. The property is situated in the town centre. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard.

Siofok. The holiday apartement is located on a 130 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Camera in the yard. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the street in front of the house.  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), Xbox, iron and ironing board. Television reception is via cable. German, English, Italian. The accommodation is allergy-free and features hypoallergenic pillows.
