Es ist keine Luxus Fewo , es besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage und war fĂŒr uns völlig in Ordnung. Andrea der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar! Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick ist ein Traum , der Strand durch eigenen Zugang in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil, Mitte Oktober muss man zum Abendessen in Restaurants immer grundsĂ€tzlich 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Die QualitĂ€t des Essens hat dann aber fĂŒr die 30 -40 Minuten Fahrzeit entschĂ€digt! Es lohnt sich , auch die anderen StrĂ€nde in der Umgebung zu besuchen, alle traumhaft. ##### Volker N. Sep 2, 2019 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Tolle Lage, Wohnung eher mittelmĂ€ĂŸig Wir waren vor einer Woche in Solanas in der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter Andrea und Valeria sind wirklich sehr nett. Die Wohnung und allgemein das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und in einem schlechten Zustand . Möbel sehr alt, teilweise kaputt. SpĂŒlmaschine war auch kaputt. Die Aussendusche am Eingang des Hauses funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Der Grill auf der Dachterrasse ist ein aus Backsteinen zusammenschustertes Provisorium. Das Grillrost ist verbogen und mit einer Schicht Rost versehen. Wir hĂ€tten wirklich gern gegrillt, haben es dann aber gelassen. Allgemein ist die Dachterrasse nicht wirklich einladend. Die Fliegengitter an TĂŒren und Fenstern sind bereits durchlöchert. Es liegen hier und da mal kaputte Sachen herum, wie zum Beispiel der Ventilator, ein Besen,... Warum rĂ€umt man das nicht weg? Im Badezimmer riecht es öfter mal nach Abfluss, wenn die SpĂŒlmaschine dann mal lĂ€uft, auch in der KĂŒche aus dem Waschbecken. Der Innenhof gleicht einer SperrmĂŒllsammlung. Wir haben 2 Tage gebraucht um das MĂŒllsortiersystem zu verstehen. Es wĂ€re hilfreich wenigstens fĂŒr die ersten Tage je Sorte einen MĂŒllbeutel bereit zu stellen. Da mussten wir uns im Laden durchfragen. Ich könnte noch einbischen so weitermachen. Das Einzige was wirklich toll ist, ist die NĂ€he zu einem traumhaften Strand. Das PreisleistungsverhĂ€ltnis stimmt eher nicht. Wir haben keine grossen AnsprĂŒche, aber fĂŒr den Preis hĂ€tte ich doch etwas mehr erwartet. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass die Vermieter wirklich sehr bemĂŒht und hilfsbereit sind. Nur, das macht die Wohnung nicht besser. A parte il tempo non proprio dei migliori, siamo stati fortunati a trovare una casa cosi fornita come questa, adatta alla nostra famiglia e destinata secondo me a soddisfare parecchie altre esigenze visto che in questo immobile ho trovato perfino accessori introvabili altrove come bollitore, macchina elettrica per il caffĂš e lavastoviglie. ha anche internet dalla quale abbiamo potuto collegarci fino alla terrazza che ha una bella vista sul mare. Sep 10, 2018 #### Un coin de paradis Nous avons effectuĂ© un sĂ©jour de deux semaines en juillet 2018 qui s’est formidablement bien passĂ©. La plage si proche est exactement ce dont je rĂȘvais. Nos adolescent(e)s ont apprĂ©ciĂ© de pouvoir y accĂ©der Ă  l’heure qui leur convenait. Nous avions de la place sur la plage et la tempĂ©rature de l’eau est un dĂ©lice. Il y a un bar de plage idĂ©al pour se relaxer avec cocktails, biĂšres, jus de fruits.. . Les glaces italiennes sont meilleures et moins chĂšres qu’en France au second bar de plage. Et pour dĂ©guster un menu composĂ© de produits locaux, Del Barbara Ă©videmment. Nous nous sommes rĂ©galĂ©s. Le prix des pizzas (une pizzĂ©ria est Ă  5 mn Ă  pieds avec terrasse) est compris entre 5 et 7 €. Il n'y a mĂȘme pas Ă  hĂ©siter. La maison d’AndrĂ©a Ă©tait propre et trĂšs fonctionnelle. Nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. Nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© d’avoir deux rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs/congĂ©lateurs pour stocker toutes nos glaces Ă  dĂ©guster sur l’incroyable terrasse du haut de la maison. La vue sur la mer est trĂšs relaxante. Il y a aussi une seconde terrasse (plus petite) au niveau de la cuisine, elle permet de prendre des repas Ă  6 si on ne veut pas monter la vaisselle un Ă©tage plus haut au rĂ©veil le matin. Une troisiĂšme terrasse longe deux chambres et permet de stocker le linge Ă  sĂ©cher, les bouĂ©es, etc. Il a fait assez chaud et la climatisation ne semblait pas fonctionnelle. Cependant, l’aĂ©ration des piĂšces est facilitĂ©e par l’orientation des ouvertures avec calage des portes via des cales mises Ă  disposition. Il y a des moustiquaires mais une raquette anti moustique reste trĂšs pratique pour les petits malins qui rĂ©ussissent Ă  trouver une issue. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la literie et n’avons eu aucun mal Ă  stocker nos affaires. Nos nuits ont Ă©tĂ© calmes et reposantes. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’eau chaude pour la douche car sa tempĂ©rature Ă©tait idĂ©ale pour nous dĂ©tendre. Parlons un peu d’AndrĂ©a maintenant. C’est une crĂšme ! Il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponible avant notre sĂ©jour et son accueil trĂšs chaleureux malgrĂ© notre arrivĂ©e bien tardive. Au cours de notre sĂ©jour nous n’avons pas eu de besoin particulier mais il est clair qu’il serait venu Ă  notre secours si besoin. C’est vraiment agrĂ©able de traiter avec lui, tout est simple et clair. J’ai demandĂ© Ă  mon mari de transposer ce coin de Paradis au fond de notre jardin français mais d’aprĂšs lui ça ne va pas ĂȘtre possible. Oct 20, 2016 #### Bellavista, Dachterrasse Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist grosszĂŒgig, mit GeschirrspĂŒler und Waschmaschine auch fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalten geeignet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch! Das Meer ist wirklich nur 30 Mt entfernt, so können auch die Kinder selbstĂ€ndig schon mal vorgehen. Das Restaurant vom Besitzer ist sehr empfehlenswert!!! In Oktober ist es sehr ruhig. Es hat ein kleiner Supermarkt in der NĂ€he, fĂŒr grössere EinkĂ€ufe muss man nach Villasimius. Waschmaschine. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft und der Grill lĂ€dt zu einem feinen Abendessen ein. Wir haben die Dachterrasse auch mal tagsĂŒber benutzt, vor allem an den Wochenenden, wenn der Strand ĂŒberfĂŒllt war. Der kleinere Balkon bei der KĂŒche ist ideal fĂŒrs FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Der feinsandige Strand mit kristallklarem Meer ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. EigentĂŒmer Andrea ist Ă€usserst hilfsbereit und nett. Das Restaurant seiner Eltern ist klar das Beste in der Umgebung. The facility of the apartment is simple but convenient and youÂŽll find all you need (kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges). The roof terrace is gorgeous and you will love the BBQ. The small balcony near the kitchen is perfect for breakfast. The sandy beach is reachable with a view steps. Owner Andrea is always very helpful and kind. Jul 6, 2016 #### Tolle Lage an tollem Strand Das Haus bietet alles was man fĂŒr einem entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist keine Prachtvilla mit Luxus pur, sondern eher funktional eingerichtet - was aber vollkommen ausreicht. Das Bad ist renoviert und neu, Dusche und Klo funktionieren, was ich am Wichtigsten finde. Gastgeber Andrea ist immer da wenn man ihn braucht, er wohnt im selben Ort. Zumindest Mitte Juni ist in dem Ort selbst praktisch nichts los, aber Villasimius ist nur knapp 30 Minuten entfernt.
