Absolutely beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, so comfortable. The pool and restaurant is also beautiful and breakfast was incredible. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, so impressed and we will definitely be coming back. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, we loved it, it was heaven

Beautiful, spacious, modern rooms. Great shower. Stunning view from the room, pool and restaurant. Truly breathtaking. The only two drawbacks for me were: The location: far up a hill with nothing nearby. As someone without a car, I’m glad I was only staying one night because taxis in Albania are expensive. At the same time, you can’t get that view without being high up. If you have a car or ample budget for taxis (35-40 euros round trip) you might not mind as much! The restaurant: Dinner at the restaurant was not great. I had the chicken risotto and ended up eating around the chicken. Drinks were good. Wine was great. And breakfast was really great!

Very nice hotel with a great, friendly, and helpful staff. It’s a pity that the facilities aren’t as well maintained. For example, there aren't enough pool towels, and you sometimes have to wait for them to come out of the laundry. At the beach, there aren't enough sun loungers for everyone, or perhaps there are, but many non-hotel guests come and use them, and none of the hotel staff ask them to leave. The breakfast offers a rich and wide selection, but unfortunately, it wasn't very tasty... such a shame. Overall, it's a nice hotel, and despite everything, we enjoyed our stay

Ascetically speaking this hotel is beautiful with two stunning pools which are clean & well presented. The cabana beds were a perfect touch. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly & the hotels taxi driver was always on hand. Food & drink selection on the menus was great (quite expensive but big portions & great tasting) and the breakfast buffet was good- but a little repetitive. In terms of constructive feedback - the rooms are beautiful just not very practical. Although there’s a wardrobe, there are no drawers & a lack of hanging hooks for towels etc. The cleanliness of the rooms also requires a little attention - a hair band had been left on top of the hairdryer which wasn’t mine. We had a leaky shower which was fixed promptly but the wet towels we had used to try and mop up were left on the floor and not replaced. There were lots of chips in the plates (probably because they were too big for the dishwasher) but these can harbour germs. Breakfast buffet items were left out without anything to keep them cold. This hotel is in its infancy and these are only minor points which can be easily sorted. We would 100% stay here again.
