Gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspülmaschine, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche, Haartrockner und einer Waschmaschine. Der Zugang zur Wohnung wurde mittels Pin Code gewährleistet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Klimaanlage und Moskitonetz ermöglichten eine gute Nachtruhe. Bei einem Gas Problem wurde innerhalb einer Std Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dennoch ist man in 15 min zu Fuß am schönsten Strand der Gegend. Haben einige andere Strände besucht und sind immer wieder am "Hausstrand" gelandet.

Innanzitutto non era quella che avevamo scelto,ci hanno detto che avevamo disdetto(????) poi ci hanno dato l'appartamento più grande,ma era un inferno di calore,i condizionatori erano solo nelle camere da letto.La casa non era pulita da molto tempo, la proprietà è datata,i servizi igienici andrebbero rifatti,non usciva l'acqua fredda dal bidet,la lavatrice è vecchia e malfunzionante.il proprietario (non presente) quando abbiamo chiamato per risolvere i problemi suddetti,ci ha scritto una mail dicendo che se non piaceva l'appartamento potevamo andarcene.....Ecco la bella vacanza!

Vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung, Gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, schöne Wohnung, überdacht Terasse mit Blick auf das Meer, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, die Dame vor Ort war gut ansprechbar und hat auch sofort auf Fragen reagiert, nur zwei Kleinigkeiten wie schnellerer Internetzugang und weiche, gut riechende Handtücher könnten noch optimiert werden. Alles in Allem wirklich gut und sehr empfehlenwert!

Sehr gerne wieder!!!
Schöne, komplette Ferienwohnung. Tolle Aussicht und mit dem Mietauto gut zu erreichen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche im Preis inklusive, also keine versteckten Zusatzkosten. Selbst ein paar Gewürze und Kaffee standen in der Küche bereit. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr positiv (wir mussten leider einen von uns verursachten Schaden melden und konnten uns ganz locker auf die Regulierung einigen). Die Wohnung MEZZO ist für vier Personen sehr gut geeignet.

Pros und Cons
Pros: sehr liebe Hausverwalter, die direkt unter einem wohnen, wenn man die Wohnung Mezzo bezieht Cons: mega laut, da zum einen an der Hauptverkehrsader der Region und zum anderen eingekesselt zwischen 3 Wohnungen - die Verwalter mit Hund unten, eine Fewo direkt daneben, nur getrennt durch eine Stahltür und einer weiteren Wohnung oben drüber. Man ist also komplett darauf angewiesen ruhige Nachbarn zu haben - wir hatten diese nicht. Man kann von dort nur direkt an der Hauptstraße zum Strand, auch eher recht ungeschickt zu Fuß

Perfect house with amazing view
The house was complete of everything you may need. the kitchen have everything! in your vacation. Flat screen TV with german channels. Very clean and well maintained. 5 min drive to the beach (if you want you can walk) Close to two towns La Caletta and Siniscola for all your needs.

Bonjour, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans l'appartement Mezzo. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La terrasse et la vue sur la mer sont vraiment sympas. Précision utile : une voiture est indispensable pour se rendre facilement aux plages qui ne sont pas loin (mais c'est plus compliqué à pied). A savoir : au dernier carrefour en T, il faut prendre à droite puis à gauche. Il manquait un petit détail dans les explications fournies. Nous conseillons cette location. Caroline et Alain

Herrlicher Urlaub
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Ausstattung der Wohnung perfekt, von der kompletten Küche bis zu den Sonnenschirmen für den Strand. Einzig gefehlt hat WLAN, aber das ist laut Vermieter auch schon beantragt! Der Ausblick von der geräumigen Terrasse einfach perfekt, die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Wunderbare Lage, umfangreiche Ausstattung - schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in den 6 Tagen, in denen wir in der Ferienwohnung Mezzo gewohnt haben. Die Ausstattung war super, vor allem haben wir von den Reiseführern (hatten sehr schöne Ausflüge gemacht) und den Spielen (dafür danke von unserer Tochter (9 Jahre)) profitiert. Die Lage des Hauses war auch perfekt - beim Frühstücken auf der schönen Terrasse hatte man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer, das durch die Kytesurfer bunt geschmückt war. La Caletta (schönes Abendleben) und Santa Lucia sind in Laufentfernung. Auch der zur Casa gehörende Garten hat uns sehr gefallen. Positiv empfanden wir auch, dass es in dem Objekt 3 Ferienwohnungen gibt - im Falle unserer Tochter, gab es da noch eine Spielkameradin. Es gibt eigentlich nur kleine 2 Kritikpunkte: erstens hatten wir etwas Schwierigkeiten gehabt das Objekt zu finden (kleiner Fehler am Ende der Beschreibung der Anfahrt) und zweitens die Sauberkeit (einige Wollmäuse tummelten sich herum).
