#### Not what we expected
What a big disappointment. On arrival, we were asked to pay 40 euros for bedsheets and towels extra, after paying for the room in advance on Hotels.com. But let's start with the good stuff. Internet was good, everything was clean and parking was right in front of the house. The room didn't look at all like in the pictures. Some photographer did some magic there. But the worst part was the smell. The hole room smelt like chlorine. Airing the apartment for an hour didn't make a difference. Even after 3 days, the smell was still present. After complaining, I was told, that the smell was from disinfection of the room. But to us, it was just an overpriced, oversold, indoor pool smelling apartment, we will never go back to. Don't make the same mistake we did...

Sehr nette Begrüßung :) Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und genau so wie beschrieben und wie die Fotos auf der Buchungsseite. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles super, ausser ein Besen hat im Zimmer gefehlt ;)

Tolles sauberes Studio im Erdgeschoss mit eigener Terrasse. Separates Ankleidezimmer und Küche vorhanden Darüberliegende Wohnung war manchmal hörbar (trampeln). Internet funktionierte ab und an mal nicht & Mobilfunk Empfang im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Ebenso war kein Meerblick sondern ebenerdiger Schiffsblick vorhanden

#### Ruime kamer, maar heeft onderhoud nodig
Grote kamer, op het eerste oog modern en comfortabel. Fijn was de keuken en dat deze van alles was voorzien. Wat ons tegenviel was: De bedden zijn echt aan vervanging toe, we lagen in een harde kuil waardoor onze nachtrust niet optimaal was en daardoor last van onze rug. De badkamer deur sloot niet omdat deze aan de onderkant was uitgezet door vocht, daarbij kwam dat uit de afvoerputjes een sterke rioollucht kwam, en aangezien we de deur niet goed konden sluiten, de geur ook in het appartement hing. Ook de douchedeur hing aan de onderkant helemaal los, waardoor de vloer kletsnat werd. De eigenaar was een vriendelijk behulpzame man, maar door de foto’s op Expedia voelen wij ons een beetje misleid met wat we daadwerkelijk aantroffen. Ook heb je echt een auto nodig want in La Caletta zelf valt niet veel te beleven.

En fin lejlighed med køkken, hvor vi kunne lave mad de dage, vi orkede. Rent og moderne. Venlig bestyrer som havde gode tips til restaurant og udflugter.

#### Schönes großes Appartement, toller Urlaub
Der Zustand von Appartement war sehr gut außer die Zusatzkosten für Handtücher und Bettzeug finde ich persönlich blöd!

#### sauberes Hotel
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Teilmeerblick gebucht ........wir bekamen ein Zimmer im EG also Terrasse und Meerblick war überhaupt nicht da haben uns dann beschwert Vermieter meinte nur er hätte kein anderes Zimmer frei ? Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Urlauber über uns hört man sehr laut.La Caletta ist ein nicht so schöner Ort wir waren jetzt das 2 Mal in Sardinien und die Seite Alghero gefällt uns wesentlicher besser .La Caletta Strand gefällt uns überhaupt nicht nicht sehenswert. im Ort haben wir 2 Mal gegessen ganz nett und leckeres Essen Personal sehr nett und höflich.

WE have nice holiday . But i have to say couple this.In your web-sites some this not fit. Their enlish was poor,so we have often difficulties to be undersstood.In web-site that they speak english is not correct.Also tell web-site you have tell you must buy everithing you need when you there, for example toillet paper.Now we also question about who pay tranfer between the hotel an airport. Web-sites says that it cost 40€/person roundtrip so forus it mean 80€. But we had to pay twice 80€. And now hotel claim that translation is ohterwise thier italian site said in italy roudtrip. I said, i dont have to pay extra 80€ if there is misunderstanding between the hotel and YOU. as hotel director says. I wait the answer from you how ca I get back my 80€.

#### schönes Hotel in Hafennähe
es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen und modernen Zimmer. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut mit eigener Küchenzelle (Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Backofen) als auch mit einem Grill auf der Terrasse. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen super schönen Blick auf den Hafen. Die zentrumsnahe Lage jedoch geschuldet, war es abends ab 22:00h sehr laut. Um das Hotel herum sind einige Bars angesiedelt, die mit Discomusik das einschlafen erschwerten. Es war ein 2+2 Personen Zimmer, hierfür standen 1 Doppelbett und ein Ausziehsofa zur Verfügung. Auf dem Bett konnte man sehr gut schlafen, für kalte Nächte gab es auch Decken. Auf dem Ausziehsofa konnte man leider nicht gut schlafen. 1 Nacht auf dem Sofa und einem tut alles weh. Summa summarum: Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel das wir gern weiterempfehlen können. ( 4 von 5 Sternen)

#### “Un po' di amaro in bocca...”
Abbiamo soggiornato per 15 giorni in un appartamentino del corpo 2 (F2) (che non c'entra nulla con ciò che si vede nelle foto del residence, quindi state molto attenti quando prenotate). Al piano terra, piccolo, niente di ciò che mi aspettavo visto il costo (2.281 € per 15 gg). Presente un terrazzino, ma a mio avviso non molto vivibile, considerata la posizione e lo spazio. Nel residence sono presenti anche due piscine, ma visto il mare della Sardegna non le abbiamo mai utilizzate. Nell'appartamento presenti TV, microonde, phon. Il bagnetto è cieco e i rumori (scarichi e altro) infiniti. La posizione è buona, l'unica cosa che non essendo nel corpo centrale la sera per rientrare bisogna fare il giro dal parcheggio sterrato al buio. Il direttore è gentilissimo, ma questo non è bastato a colmare la delusione. Peccato...mi aspettavo molto, molto di più! Consiglio sulle camere: Accertatevi bene di essere nel corpo principale del residence, NON prenotate appartamenti siti nella depandance

#### Ottima soluzione a La Caleta
Posizione: direttamente sul porticciolo a La Caletta, bel giardino curato e piscina, a pochi passi dalla passeggiata del grazioso paese. Struttura: praticamente nuova arredata con gusto moderno, con diversi spazi comuni ed una piccola palestra. Monolocale al piano terra con gradevole veranda e parziale vista mare. Unica pecca non ci sono finestre ma un'unica porta finestra per cui di notte per l'aria é necessario dormire con la porta aperta. Il proprietario é gentilissimo e pronto a dare consigli ed intervenire. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato il materasso sfondato e lo ha comprato nuovo alla prima occasione utile Molto consigliato.

#### Great holiday!
As a family we really enjoyed our two week holiday in La Caletta, the apartment was great, clean, tidy and with a fabulous view over the marina, within easy walking distance of bars, restuarants and shops in the town. Would recommend.

#### gorgeous apartment with lovely view of the port
The apartment we had was absolutely fabulous!! It was apartment was huge, well designed, absolutely spotless and the view of the gardens at the front, and the port, from our balcony was stunning! The location was also great, being just round the corner from the town and restaurants/bars and also only 3-4 mins walk, past the pretty port, to the lovely beach. The only 2 complaints i have is that the bed is solid, it has no 'give' at all and unfortunately i didn't sleep very well at all because of it, and the swimming pool was closed (well, it was green so i took that as being closed), which was a shame as it was so hot while we were there. It's completely out of season though so i totally understand the reason and the beach was so close anyway so this was a small(ish) price to pay for somewhere so gorgeous! I would definitely stay again and would most definitely recommend this place to others!
