Hotel was 100% full during our stay. The staff weren’t trained as a 4star-hotel attitude and competency, categorized “rude” for the front desk staff. Room was ok, but very limited amenities. The pool is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The hotel seems to be popular with families though and the pool is often busy with children. If that's not your scene, you might be disappointed. I moved rooms because my initial room smelled of cigarettes and was being invaded by ants. The second room was better, although it could have done with a more thorough vacuuming.
