### Large Updated Beach Apartment with a Patio

This is a beautiful, fully updated 2nd floor apartment located walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Up to 1000 Mbps Ultra High Speed WiFi, Executive Desk, Large Fully Equipped Kitchen, Smart TVs and Large Fully Screened Outdoor Patio. Free parking and free shared laundry in this complex. This spacious 1,300 sq.ft apartment with impact glass makes it very comfortable for both work and vacation. Pets are allowed but need to be approved, only small pets will be considered.   
  
Other things to note  
PETS  
If the home is not indicated as pet friendly, DO NOT bring pets. Otherwise, only small pets are allowed for a fee of $300/pet. Each pet must be approved and registered. Many homes have outside cameras and if a pet is seen or if our inspector finds evidence of a pet on your departure you will be asked to remove the pet and will be fined $500 for additional cleaning. Please be respectful of the owner's wishes regarding pets, often people have allergies or don't wish to have animals in their home.  
  
If you were allowed to bring pets, you’re responsible to keeping the property clean of any hair, urine, and other signs of pet presence. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the rugs and have to be in a crate if you’re leaving them alone. A lot of pets leave odor on the items. If we find any signs of pets on the items, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item replacement.  
  
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT  
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Any other arrival time must be agreed upon prior to booking.  
Check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier.  
  
PARTIES & EVENTS  
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate quiet hours 10pm-8am every day, no loud music, noise, or partying ever.  
The territory is strictly supervised, any events or celebrations are prohibited, it’s only for family vacation and quiet enjoyment.  
  
While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.  
By booking our property you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.  
  
SMOKING & DRUGS  
No smoking is permitted inside the property or in common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from other people, but guests must dispose ash and cigarette butts properly. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors.  
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.  
  
SAME DAY RESERVATIONS  
We require all reservations with the same day check-in to be made no later than 7 pm and at least 4 hours before the check-in time.  
  
FINAL THOUGHTS  
Please understand that these are not FPB rules, but the Owner, Community, Town and County strictly enforce these as will FPB. These rules are intended to ensure the harmonious existence between visitors and full-time residents. Violations will result in towing, ticketing and/or fines without warning during or after the stay.  
  
Some homes have outdoor cameras to monitor guest violations in an effort to protect the homeowner's rights to continue to rent. Any tampering of these devices will result in guest fines.

Second time staying here. First stayed with wife and teenage kid and 2 Chihuahuas. This time just me. Had family staying both times at the Marriott on ocean. This place is perfect location only 4 minute drive to ocean and 10 minute drive to Johnny Longboats. Place isn't 5 star quality but clean, spacious and reasonable rate. Also the guest hosts always respond quickly and very nice.

#### Great location, but an aged property

We found and entered the apartment easily. The apartment was more or less as pictured, so gladly, not too cluttered. However the smell of the staircase was not pretty, the clogged up sink in the master bathroom a problem, one of the only four dining chairs broken, coffee maker made for one-two people only, other one not working, blinds not clear how to use (up&down functions) Otherwise the location was very good; pool was not toooo far away from apt. but also not too big, really either.

#### Baseball Tournament in Jupiter

We were down there for my 17 yr old son's baseball tournament. After comparing hotel rates, this was much cheaper for more space & options to cook, etc. Location was great...close to beach & restaurants and only \~15 mins from ballpark facility. I wanted us to have some "vacation time" between games. Just a short walk to beach. The place was very clean (and I am picky) and the hoat was easily accessible for any questions, etc. Would book here again if we are ever down that way again.

We did not get to stay here, but the host was fantastic with communication and responded quickly for booking information, check in details and when we needed to cancel our reservation. Customer service was great and I am planning to stay at some point in the future. I know the neighbor hood is great as I have stayed nearby in the past, I had to guess on cleanliness as they require a rating to post!

We wanted to be close to everything. Two minute drive to beach and restaurants. Close to the grocery store just over the bridge.
