Found this hidden gem for a last minute staycay for my fiancé’s birthday and checked in at 11PM. I called to check if it was possible to get a later check-out and explained my situation to the real precious stone, Priya ( the house above mine was undergoing renovation and we really just wanted a quiet birthday because we were both sick). Not only did she accord a later check-out for us and tend to all our queries, she and her team upgraded our room. This was a really pleasant surprise and finally a turn in events with our luck. Thank you so much and we’ll definitely be back. The property also has great amenities and is within walking distance from Changi City Point as well as the MRT station but it’s tucked away so you still have a good amount of privacy. Furthermore, we weren’t disturbed by the sound of the planes landing from Changi Aiport and had overall a very comfortable rest. Well- maintained hotel. Shout-out to the night shift housekeeping staff (Khin, I think) who greeted us at the hallways cheerily even though it was so late and tended to our amenities request so promptly and that time of the night:)

One stop by MRT from Changi Airport to Expo station and walk across the street. Couldn’t be more convenient for a close to the airport hotel! Hotel staff accomodated our request for a place to shower and change clothes before our room was ready for check in, after a 17-hour flight. Courtesy . Shopping and a food court are very accessible.

A little better than what you typically see at a hotel near an airport. But for one night was pretty comfortable and I did not have to get up super early to get to the airport the next day. Obvious that it was recently renovated to update the décor/amenities. The shower head was placed a little low, but I am a tall westerner. There is a mall less than a 5 minute walk away, and there were not a lot of late night food options. Everything seem to shut down around 9pm. In a similar travel situation, would consider staying there again

Nice friendly staff, super easy to get to from the airport and nice comfortable room. I left something behind and when I emailed about it they got back to me just a few hours later, confirmed they have the item and are holding it for a week until I return to Singapore, which was nice and helpful.

Fabulous find!
A great find, queen bed with bathroom and work station that comes with a kitchenette and clothes washer and living room, perfect for a long stay. 5 minute walk to a large mall with grocery stores, numerous clothing and accessory shops as well as two excellent food courts! Top quality restaurant chains as well as mom and pop boutiques.10 minutes from the airport, what else could you want? Excellent!

The washroom sure needs updated, when one showers water all over the washroom floors.the washroom is mildew in the shower it’s not easy to get it the tub to have a shower. Very disappointed sure glad it was only one night stay.

We had reservations here and were extremely pleased. We were upgraded to a suite. Bed, pillows and linens were great. There was a 3 story mall a block away for any shopping you might desire. Overall, a great experience!

A tad tired looking but otherwise good hotel. Staff v friendly and helpful. Quite near to airport about 1 stop on metro. Taxi guy was annoyed coz it was so close! Suggest taking the metro which was close by. Would recommend.

Convenient location 10mins to Changi Airport, mall next door with good dining options and shops, supermarkets. Deluxe room with King bed was comfortable but dated with peeling wallpaper and shower in bathtub. Good that they had filtered drinking water available in the bathroom.No direct access from hotel to basement car park, though can get vouchers for car park ($3.50 per exit).

Great location for an airport stopover. One stop down on the metro from the airport. 200m walk from Metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean, beds were comfy- cant ask for more.

Very convenient location. Has food court and mrt within minutes walking distance. We chose there to stay before our departure, which we take the mrt directly to the airport. And if you are going to stay a longer period in Singapore for business or vacation, recommend to upgrade to their suite, because it come with washer and dryer, it saved a lot and their kitchenette is perfect.

The Park Avenue Changi is great value for money. It is a good option for anyone visiting Singapore for 1 to 3 nights' stay. It is located near the Airport, only 1 train stop away - EXPO MRT. You can then access all other areas of the City by the MRT. There is a shopping mall close to the Hotel, many eating establishments and a large supermarket (open until 11pm). Facilities are limited, however, the rooms are comfortable and spacious enough.

Convenient for stopovers
The Park Avenue Changi is perfect for a stopover in Singapore. It is a 5 minute walk from the Expo MRT (Train Station), one stop away from the Airport. From there you can also visit the City or other parts of Singapore if you wish. The Hotel is very good value for money. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for 1 or 2 people. There is a large supermarket opposite the Hotel (open until 11pm) and there is a shopping mall nearby with great food options.

A comfortable and clean property as of October 2023. Near airport, so it was great for layover stay-good area to walk around a bit. Doorman was very kind & considerate but front desk attendant was not. I requested an early morning wakeup call (twice) for my flight, explaining it was important because I didn’t have correct electrical phone charger adapter for Singapore layover and phone was out of battery. I received NO wakeup call!😠 luckily, i woke up in time to make my flight. My only complaint, but an important one!
