We arrived after the official check-in time, but our room was still not ready. It then took another 20 minutes for our suitcases to be brought up. The room itself was underwhelming — the floor creaked loudly with every step, and the door wouldn’t close properly unless we pushed it hard. Communication was also a serious issue. Staff struggled with English during check-in and when we asked for basic services like a taxi. Overall, this was not the level of service, comfort, or professionalism you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
