Helpful staff. Diminutive rooms. Excellent and interesting location! On the small side rooms were adequate and clean. No windows made it slightly claustrophobic. Rummet var fräscht. Mysiga kvarter. Dock var det mycket ljud från gatan i rummet. Hotellet var medvetna om detta då de erbjöd gratis öronproppar. Frukosten bestod i kuponger på närliggande bageri med begränsat utbud. Tyvärr öppnade bageriet först 08.00 vilket inte framgick tydligt vid bokningen. Das Personal ist nett und entgegenkommend. Es gibt kein Frühstück, am Empfang eine Kaffeemaschine an der man sich jederzeit kostenlos Tee oder Kaffee holen kann (Qualität des Kaffees ist leider so lala). The room was dark (very little natural light) and carpets did not look clean (stained and worn). Bathroom amenities were lacking. no shower cap /toothbrush/lotion. No slippers. Best to get a Porch Room. Front Desk was efficient but not so warm n friendly. Front desk friendly, the halls had a bit too much perfume for my taste but not a big deal.
