Maybe your property will gain or attract more travellers if you maintain it properly.because as I have the notice the reception area is very tidy/clean and friendly atmosphere but the rooms are so disgusting. Check in on next morning at 0900 on 4/6/2016, we stay in 4th floor room 428 to 429 on that night. on 5/6/2016 I wake up I was found full of my body bite by bed bugs and I need to go to see the doctor. Again, when I check out on 5/6/2016 2130 No staff there and I need to wait a long time for check out. The mainstay indian (lady) who is also a guest is kind of rude and her stuff are all over the place and the room with her really smells bad amd she confronted me one time for turning off the aircon which i did not. Good thing that you can smoke downstairs or at fire exit. Bathrooms are not that clean and super hot. There are no free soap and shampoo. The website states that they serve breakfast but when i got there they said they dont anymore so it added to my expenses. The receptionist is very accommodating. No lift so i had to carry my luggage to the third floor.
