The hotel seemed brand new when I stayed - even came with a slight smell of paint. It should be called Hostel without stars. Whole building needs refurbishment. It has been run on a budget. Beds are clean but walls need painting job. It is very close to MRT station(5 min walk). They provide a towel and a bottle of water. Also $50 for key deposit.
