The service was excellent! A concern I saw come up in some other reviews was that it’s hard to find the property. If you go to any information desk at changi airport (granted you’re flying into Singapore) they’ll arrange for a pickup service which was very helpful especially since I was checking in late at 3:30 AM. If you’re able to call the hotel yourself I’m sure they’d handle it. The staff were so professional, they even offer a wake up service. There’s a spacious workspace lounge alongside the regular lounge with plenty of comfortable chairs, tables and TVs. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I don’t ever even write reviews but my experience was so great. As a result I was not able to access the property from within arrivals/transfers. Accessing the property from the outside by foot was difficult and involved me walking across two car parks at night and then crossing a busy street without a sidewalk or proper crossing. I wish this complication had been made clear prior to me booking. I also wish the instructions for accessing the property had been more straightforward.
