Not disabled or elderly-friendly. It's "close" to Chinatown if walking up and down a huge hill is not an issue. There's a steep climb between the hotel and any shops or coffee shops, so if you're okay with that, good, if not, you're going to feel stuck.

In fact, the hotel is strategically located in between Outram Park MRT and Chinatown MRT which is reachable within 15 minutes by foot and are connected to 3 MRT lines, making it easily accessible to most Singapore attractions. The short walk to Chinatown MRT has many shops and food which include a hawker centre for local food culture experience, a supermarket (Sheng Siong) and OG departmental store. We hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you again in future.

The room originally provided to me was awful. It smelt, the walls were chipped, there was mould around the bath, and hair from a previous tenant. In short, you would have been embarrassed to have a friend staying, let alone charging for the “privilege. When I complained, I was shown a room only marginally better. To be honest, if I had not pre-paid I would have left. “Luckily” for me, the toilet also leaked, and when the maintenance people eventually arrived, they said It couldn’t be fixed. In the end I was given a different room literally next door to the one I had. This was fine, and if I’d been given this room to start with, I’d be saying very different things about this hotel. In short be careful what they give you, and complain if needed. The hotel needs a renovation, but some rooms are awful, and some are actually fine.

The location is good, close to China town. I have stayed in this hotel 3 times before, but this time I was disappointed. I could not use the telephone to make international calls. I was told by staff that it their policy to block international calls!!!!!! Two days the rooms were not cleaned. I sensed that the hotel was not interested in its clientele. The last few times I stayed there I noticed that the hotel seemed to cater for many large groups of Chinese , which came nearly every day. I need to say here that I love the Chinese people, so that is not the point.. Maybe I felt that the hotel did not seem to care for the individual.

During your stay from 13th to 20th, there are 2 days on 14th and 19th that you were in the room and we were told just to replenish the drinks and change the towels and need not to clean your room. Sorry that there could have some misunderstanding by our chambermaids. As for the overseas calls, no reason that hotel block this important service. We apology for the staff not able to assist you to make successful overseas calls. We value all our supportive guests equally regardless from which categories. Very good got upgraded for free. Very Clean. Bathroom also smell nice. Got bathtub some more. Tv box dunno is smart or stupid. If you are going on foot, you will have a nice workout. Overall is good.

We booked a room for three. We found that there were a double bed and a single bed. Unfortunately the single bed was squeezed into a narrow space. I had to crawl to get on the bed. Even worse there was just one small stool in the room and I had to do my reading on this bed.

The front desk person Jozell was very nice other than that the hotel was very with even with air conditioning running 24hrs a day, the ref stunk so bad if stunk the whole room, small bugs in bed, location was not ideal for local transport..MRT and bus, Grab is accessible so are cabs. We were given a room next to the elevator and everytime someone rode in the elevator the room had a tugging sound all night long until no one uses it anymore. The room is 1201.
