We loved our room! It was spacious and had a beautiful view of the park. Because it was about to undergo renovations, the hotel was not crowded. Although we noticed a few areas that needed a little attention, it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the property. I hope the renovations do not destroy the ambience of the property.

Great location in Fort Canning Park Room was quite spacious and well appointed Staff were very attentive and friendly - service was exceptional 20 minute walk to Orchard St for shopping and Clarke Quay for restaurants and bars 15 minute walk to various MRT stations The two pools were great - the only thing missing was a pool bar. The only downside is that some parts of the hotel could do with a little attention but this is only a minore point.

Staff mostly friendly. Reception charged us money for food and drinks at the end, which was booked by other guests at the expense of our room. We clarified this by mutual agreement before departure. The amount was then debited without authorization. The hotel did not respond to emails. Never again this hotel. Not trustworthy!

It’s a beautiful hotel with colonial architecture. Located near a historical site, it was nice to visit the sites at Fort Canning Park. It is centrally located but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended!
