But manage to grab the Plus Loft when the price went down. Checked in was smooth with WhatsApp communications and host was absolutely lovely and friendly. All was settled in the room upon checked in. This was my 2nd Heritage Collection hotel I choose. 1st was in Chinatown. Love the concept in Seah, but had a couple of accidents on the bed due to height issues; keep knocking on the ceiling. Bedframe was slippery, it tend to go out of alignment and only 2 large pillows and 2 small pillows and they're very soft. They have a normal and high stool chair which was weird so I had to sit on the high stool while my friend was sitting on the normal chair for dining. Should least provide a good pair of normal chair and 1 high stool. They have shower rain and bidet spray..which is good. Hard to find bidet spray in hotels Singapore nowadays. The area is nice since near bugis and Arab street and bus stop to Vivo.
