I expected to be able to get to room in terminal 3 in the public area where most of the hotels have been in my experience. However, this was in the secure area of terminal 3 and I had a connecting flight the following day in terminal 4 so I couldn't even get to the facility to use the room. VERY DECEPTIVE!! You should clearly state that you must have terminal three flight/boarding pass to be able to get access to this facility!!
