The room is located in a historic villa recently renovated according to green building principles. Your window features mosquito net and blackout shutters. Private amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, fan, baby bed, dedicated workspace with desk, and balcony. A clothes rack is provided for your convenience. The bathroom is accessible through a common living room with fireplace and equipped with large shower and bath linen.  
  
This historic location boasts over 2,500 years of history, with probable Etruscan origins. The oldest part of the building was a watchtower along the Via Lauretana in the 1200s and evolved over the following centuries. In the 18th century, it became a model farm during the agricultural revolution that made the Valdichiana an area of excellence.  
  
Casa Ezio Marchi in Sinalunga offers you common spaces such as a covered terrace, a garden, and an outdoor pool. There is a charging station for electric vehicles for your convenience.  
  
Four shared parking spaces are available. Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted. Breakfast is available for an extra fee.
