"We were a bit disappointed in our initial assessment of this property. It was a bit hard to find as there is no actual address. With the help of some very kind neighbours we did locate the suite. We found the suite could use some updating. The ad mentions beach extras like beach towels and blanket etc. Those things were not in the suite. At least we never found them. "At the very last minute after getting off the airplane, we received a notice that our reservation had been changed and received poor instructions to find the place. Our taxi could not locate, so we were forced to find last minute accomodation costing of course more money. We are not happy about this experience at all. Countless messages back and forth with the host, who was claiming not to be receiving our messages, yet acknowledge some and not others. We are requesting a full refund. We are...

"No communication upon arrival. No daily cleaning but we are supposed to know from a paper in room we found a days later. Need to ask in advance to get room cleaned. You can ask for clean towels. "I recently stayed at The Morgan Resort & Spa and had an amazing experience overall. From the moment we landed, everything felt seamless—the shuttle was waiting within minutes at the airport, which instantly set the tone for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. What truly made this trip special was the exceptional service. The entire staff made us feel right at home from day one. Special shoutout to Devin (shuttle), Amina and Trinity (front desk), Carlos (bell hop), Mariame and Kennesha (pool waitresses), Omar (pool server), Maarten (pool bartender), McKenley (restaurant server), and Ash (Guy Ash)—every single one of them was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The front desk team was especially helpful with recommendations, which made exploring the island even better. The pool area was a highlight—the bar was lively, the drinks were great, and the poolside service was consistently excellent. The food at the restaurant was also surprisingly amazing and exceeded expectations. While I enjoyed my stay, a few areas fell short. The gym was quite small, and the public restrooms could have been better maintained and stocked. For the price point, I expected more amenities typical of a luxury resort. Overall, I’d rate the facilities closer to a 3.5–4 star experience. That said, what the resort may lack in amenities, it more than makes up for in top-tier customer service. The warmth and hospitality of the staff truly elevated the entire experience. I would absolutely return!"

"We needed a hotel for our family of four for one night. La Vista delivered and then some! The hotel is extremely clean and the facilities are clearly attended to with care. I wouldn't describe it as a family hotel, per se, but our kids had fun in the pool while we enjoyed a delicious poolside lunch. We emailed and requested our room early, and they were able to let us in around 1p instead of regular check-in. BONUS points for also recognizing my husband's birthday with a gift basket. Convenient location, plenty of free parking. Would not hesitate to book again."

" Very clean room right on the beach. My 4th visit. Room was kept clean. Pool not so clean. Staff this time around not friendly at all . They changed the rules on how beach towels are handed out and it wasn’t explained to us until our last night by the only friendly staff member there . Was really disappointed in unfriendly staff we had never run into that issue before . Groceries near by and most places in walking distance . Really bad traffic on the strip at all times . "
