"Great place to just get some rest"

"The location was not far from universal and budget friendly. The room itself was clean. I liked having a big bathroom with a big vanity right out the door. The light doesn’t bother the people sleeping on the other side so that was a plus that allowed me to get ready without waking the kids. Beds were okay regarding comfort but everything was good. "

"Fun place for family vacation. Shuttles were convenient to universal studios. Fun. Pool and nice, clean room. There are parking charges so just be prepared for the $50 cost per night to park. Super great breakfast buffet also!"

"The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, the property has such a beautiful layout and the pool was inviting and clean. The only suggestion I have is to change the flooring. The carpet is incredibly old and is holding onto the smell of cigarette smoke of the past. Most hotels these days have no carpet for this reason. Very affordable options are out there. I’d stay at this property VERY often if this change was made. "

"The Fairmont Miramar is a fantastic place to stay with a beautiful oceanfront location that really adds to the experience. It’s just minutes from the Santa Monica Pier, which makes it great for exploring the area. The service at the pool is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who make you feel welcome. One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast at Fig Restaurant inside the hotel. The food was always fresh and tasty, and it quickly became our favorite morning spot. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."
