« The property had one person that spoke some English, sadly I had no Spanish. I communicated with a translator app, and the staff were terrific in coping with this. The hotel is attached to the mall so it has easy access to eating and shopping. Showers are great in the room, the wifi dropped signal couple of times, but after I mentioned it via the translation app, they reset it and it performed well for the 5 days I was there. « Tout a été parfait, depuis l’enregistrement jusqu’au départ. Le personnel est très agréable et au petit soin. Le « jugo de uva » à l’arrivée est le bienvenu. La chambre est confortable et le lit aussi. La cour intérieure est très belle et calme. Le petit déjeuner est typique, copieux et succulent. »

« J’ai passé 4 jours magnifiques dans cet endroit idéalement situé à 2 pas de la cathédrale et de la place centrale, à l’accueil chaleureux. Fanny est aux petits soins et fait tout pour qu’on se sente « chez soi ». Le jardin exotique, la vue sur les toits et la vallée environnante, la qualité des petits déjeuners font le reste. Une très belle expérience. »
