The holiday home is located separately on a plot of approx. 1800 square metres. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, TV, hi-fi), conservatory (sitting area and upholstered furniture), bedroom (double bed, lounger), kitchenette with pantry (electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating. Barbecue facilities and car park are available. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. The accommodation is not suitable for babies and small children under the age of 3.  
  
Silz is a village approx. 6 km north of Malchow. The bathing beach at Fleesensee with restaurant and play and sports facilities is approx. 1.5 km away.
