Beachfront apartment in Armação de Perâ, 1 minute from the sand. Quiet location, very close to amenities and top restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of staying at the heart of Armação de Perâ in a peaceful and quiet place.  
  
Comes with a beautiful balcony with a sea view, where you can enjoy a calming tea/coffee or breakfast.  
  
Apart from a king bed, the premises have a sofa bed in the living room, appliances and utensils, as well as a laundry area, air-con, WiFi, and two LCD flat-screen TVs.  
  
About the neighbourhood  
  
The apartment sits on Av. do Rio, a central avenue in Armação de Pêra next to cafés, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and everyday shops at street level. Step outside for your morning espresso, fresh bread and fruit, then wander down to the long sandy beach and seafront promenade — an easy stroll. The setting is urban and convenient rather than isolated, perfect if you like to be close to the action but high enough for peace and light.  
  
Armação de Pêra is wonderfully walkable. Along the bay you’ll find family‑friendly swimming, lifeguard posts in season and casual beach bars. Hire a kayak or SUP, book a coastal boat trip, or simply amble past the fishermen’s boats and watch the sunset. Evenings on the promenade are made for ice‑cream and people‑watching.  
  
Foodies will love the choice nearby: traditional “marisqueiras” for seafood rice and grilled fish, pastelarias for custard tarts, and simple takeaways for beach days. Stock up at the municipal market for fresh fish and produce, or use local mini‑markets and supermarkets for weekly shops. There are ATMs, pharmacies and services close by.  
  
Nature and day trips are easy. The Salgados Lagoon and boardwalk offer birdlife and dune scenery; Porches is famous for pottery; Senhora da Rocha has a tiny cliff‑top chapel with ocean views. Boat tours to the Benagil caves depart from nearby towns, and the historic castle in Silves makes a rewarding half‑day. Families can head to Zoomarine or seasonal waterparks within a short drive.  
  
Getting around is simple. The rear car park offers free shared, unassigned spaces on a first‑come basis; the A22 motorway and local roads connect quickly across the Algarve, and there are regional buses and taxis for car‑free stays. Expect some daytime bustle from a central base, especially in summer; the higher‑floor position keeps things airy and bright. In short: a lively, practical neighbourhood with beach, food and services all within easy reach.
