### Apartment Torre Sol 909 on the Beach with Pool, Garden & Balcony

The stylishly furnished vacation apartment Torre Sol 909 offers all amenities for a relaxing vacation in the beautiful Algarve. The beach Armação de Pêra is one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. The apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV and a washing machine. A baby crib is available on request and at an extra cost.  
  
Enjoy wonderful outdoor moments on your balcony overlooking Armação de Pêra. Here you can have a coffee in the morning or watch magnificent sunsets with a glass of wine in the evening. In the communal outdoor area of the resort you will find a swimming pool, a children's pool and outdoor showers. The pool is open from June until mid-September and can be used every other day during the summer months (July and August).  
  
The apartment's fantastic location in the center of Armação de Pêra means that you can reach all local amenities within a 2-5 minute walk. These include bars, cafes and restaurants as well as several food markets. Public transport and an electric car charger are also available near the property. At the beach a few meters away you can sunbathe, swim or take boat trips to the famous Benagil Cave. To the Zoomarine Algarve marine park with aquarium, slides and wave pool you need only 10 minutes by car (6 km). The nearest airport is in Faro, 40 minutes (54 km) away.  
  
Parking is available on the street and a garage is available for your car.

#### Apartamento bem localizado, mas wc precisa remodelação.

Pros: Localização excelente, zona calma mas perto de tudo. Cons: Na cozinha falta uma frigideira e uma cafeteira elétrica. A piscina não pertence ao edifício e sem direito a espreguiçadeiras.

#### Nos encontramos cómodos y agusto.

Pros: Lo mejor es la ubicación muy cercano a la playa y la distribución del apartamento lo hacen muy cómodo. Cons: El mobiliario bastante antiguo y gastado, especialmente el sofá cama necesitaba un cambio.
