Hidden Gem

The perfect spot to stay for beautiful hikes and small town relaxation. The Benson is within walking distance of everything in Silverton and quick drives to many great attractions! The host even provided fans and sound machines for the perfect extra touches.

Silverton Magic

Gorgeous trip on the Durango & Silverton NG Railroad! Town was picturesque—autumn colors, snowfall and rainbows! The Benson was a perfect location to pop in and out as we explored this quaint town. The locals were all hospitable. Definitely would do this trip again—with The Benson as home base.

Great location to restaurants, shops, and train station.

Enjoyed the rental. The bed was comfortable. Room was super clean. Even thou the rental does not have ac, we were never hot. Kept the windows open and the fan on!

Good place to stay

The place overall was good. The lobby when you first walked in smelled like a porta potty. The room was neat and clean but the floors could have been vacuumed more. Overall good.

The unit was very unique and comfortable. The only issue was that the latch on the door didn’t work so in order to close the door, we had to hard lock it.
