Located in the heart of Silverthorne, this area offers easy access to hiking trails, the Blue River, and nearby ski resorts like Breckenridge and Keystone. Enjoy scenic views of the Gore Range and proximity to local amenities and outdoor activities.  
  
WEATHER  
Silverthorne sits at high elevation and regularly sees snow, ice, and fast-changing weather in winter. Snow removal services clear the driveway and main paths, but some natural accumulation should still be expected during your stay. Services will continue as conditions allow to maintain access.  
  
During heavier snowfall, vehicles may need extra traction and momentum to navigate the driveway. Drive slowly and use caution when approaching the grade.  
  
NO AIR CONDITIONING  
There is no air conditioning in this home. Each section of the home is equipped with at least one fan for cooling.  
  
NOISE  
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.  
  
ACCESSIBILITY
