Two lift chairs allow all family members to reach the main level. Views of mountains, forest and river. Large private deck that overlooks the river with a dining set that seats 6\. Vaulted ceilings let in lots of light. Granite tile counters in the large fully-equipped kitchen. Hardwood floors, free WiFi, free cable and full-size washer and dryer in unit. Living room has comfortable leather furniture, flatscreen, games and gas fireplace. Dining table seats 8, child's high chair in hall closet. Kitchen bar seats 3\. The lower level features a patio with hot tub facing the river, a wet bar, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and garage entry. Walk right out to the Blue River Trail that runs along the river. Ensure all lights work. The downstairs back patio light would not come on. This is where the hot tub was so it was inconvenient, I raised this issue to property manager but nothing was done. 2\. Filthy carpet. Replace stairs and downstairs bedroom with the queen. 3\. Fix curtains in downstairs bedrooms. Neither worked right and could only raise half way up. 4\. Ensure plumbing is turned on for all faucets. I had to turn the hot water on in the downstairs bc the valve was closed. 5\. Sharpen knives. All cutting knives were very dull. 6\. Add pictures to make the property more inviting. The walls were white with almost no pictures or decorations. The property had a nice garage and sleds for use for vacationers which was great. Also plenty of room for a family with 9 people and had all the cooking and utensils you would need for a Holiday dinner. Really enjoyed the games provided as well. ##### Justin B. Séjour de 2 nuits en décembre 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Brian W. 9 juill. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful River Condo by Walking/Biking Trails This was our second time staying at this wonderful condo on the Blue River, far enough away from town that you feel somewhat away from things, yet close to great restaurants and stores in Silverthorne and Dillon, as well as plentiful hiking trails. Check in and check out is a bit of a pain, as you have to go physically get the keys from an office in downtown Dillon, and then physically return them at check out. But it's worth it; the condo is roomy and comfortable, and the setting can't be beat. Highly recommended! ##### Brian W. We didn’t have a large crew due to covid but this house could easily sleep 12+ people. If you have a car it’s the best location at a great price. 10 minutes from keystone. 20-25 from abasin and Breckinridge. 30 from vail. Great little town with bars/restaurants/ shops. ##### Austin H.
