We got there and the cleaning lady was still there. The garage code didn’t work upon check In. After the cleaning lady left we had to have her come back as the house was not clean at all. The kids were excited to use the hot tub when we got there but couldn’t. The property manager said they would come the following day to drain and clean the hot tub. We waiting u til 5:00 the next day and no one showed up. Finally at 6:30pm someone showed up. It took him a couple hours to drain and fill the hot tub and then all night for the water to heat up. We were unable to use the hot tub for half of our stay. We contacted the owner about this but never heard back. ##### Troy S.
