Longboat Key is almost 100% residential and so beaches were never crowded for our daily walk. Our condo had a perfect location mid island and less than 50 yards to the beach across the road. One story homes across the road from us and we had unobstructed view of the sunsets for January. The condo was very clean and had been updated with first class sliding doors, beautiful wooden shutters and wooden in appearance hard surface floor. The bathroom was recently upgraded as well with a walk-in shower. Several wonderful Waterfront restaurants on Longboat Key and St Armand's Circle on adjacent Lido Key. Property owner Eddie was very helpful. We highly recommend this Condo as our stay was wonderful. ##### Jeff W. The house was beautiful and it was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. It was minutes from the store and park for the little ones and as central as possible to various slopes for the skiers and snowboarders. The house is wonderfully spacious and we never felt like we were on top of each other which is quite a feat considering we had 4 adults, 2 teenage boys and 2 small children.
