The kitchen was well equipped and we made dinner there a few nights- having everything we needed. The fireplace was great to have on while sitting and watching it snow.Our only challenge was the comfort of the beds in the main two bedrooms (kids didn’t say anything about the bunk beds). All of the adults that slept in the two upstairs bedrooms had neck and/or back pain the next day. The main bedroom bed has a lump or crest in the middle- we haven’t seen something like that before even in a cheap motel. A better investment in the mattresses and pillows would make this place perfect. I’m not usually a picky sleeper but I was very ready to get home to my own bed. The only issue I had was that it was quite hot when we were there, but the property was so close to the road and highway that if we opened the bedroom windows at night to sleep, it was pretty loud. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only reason I didn't give this a 5 was because the bunk room for the kids was on the main level right next to the street and there was a lot of noise with people walking by when they were trying to sleep.
