When we were finally allowed in the rental we noticed it had not been cleaned. There was hair left in bathrooms, sticky spots on the floors and spills left running down the kitchen cabinets. If was very disappointing as we had been on the road all day getting there and were ready to shower and relax but we had to clean first. I did ask to have management call me which they did get back to me but by text.
