This luxurious three story, four bedroom, four and a half bathroom stand-alone home sleeps 10 across two queen beds, a queen murphy bed, two twin-over-full bunk beds and a full size sleeper sofa. It features two spacious living areas, a private hot tub, a designated laundry room with a modern full size washer and dryer, plus a large deck and additional balcony offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Gore Range. The main level offers a massive open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings opening up to the loft level and beautiful wooden finishes giving you a true luxury mountain home feel. Located in the Wildernest neighborhood of Silverthorne, this property offers the perfect balance of both a quiet stay away from the crowds, yet at the same time you are just minutes via shuttle or a short drive from world famous ski resorts and all that Summit County has to offer. As you enter this property, you will find yourself in the foyer which offers a storage closet and footwear storage shelves. The foyer opens up into the oversized open concept living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area offers a large smart TV, a gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround, ceiling fan, ample seating and massive floor to ceiling windows highlighting the incredible views and allowing for great natural light to pour in. The main deck is just off the living area, here you will find the private hot tub. The massive wooden dining table has seating for ten and there is seating for an additional eight at the breakfast bar. The full-sized chef’s kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a small flat screen TV. An initial supply of coffee is provided as well as both a single serve and standard drip coffee maker. The primary bedroom is also located on the main level and offers a queen size bed, mounted flat screen TV, sitting area, ceiling fan, tons of storage space, and an en suite bathroom. The primary bathroom features a granite countertop vanity and a shower and bathtub combination. The main level guest bedroom is just across the foyer and offers a queen size murphy bed, mounted flat screen TV, ceiling fan, private balcony and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a shower and bathtub combination and a single sink vanity. Heading downstairs, you will find yourself in the mudroom area; which offers ample mounted hooks, two benches and a storage closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The laundry room will be immediately to your left where you will find the oversized washer and dryer, plus a sink and countertop. Moving past the mudroom in the other direction, you will find the lower level living area which features a kitchenette, a mounted flat screen TV, two dedicated workspaces, a gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround, a wine cooler and ample seating. Past this space is the lower level guest bedroom which offers two twin-over-full bunk beds, a mounted flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. There is also a guest bathroom just outside of this bedroom. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Heading back up stairs to the upper level, you will find the third guest bedroom. This bedroom offers a queen size bed, mounted flat screen TV, large closet and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a single sink vanity, ample storage space and a walk-in shower. \*Please note: to reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and book a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. This house should have a porta-crib and a high chair included. We rented both and did not care for the high chair provided by managment co. Not up to standards. We encountered some hiccups during our stay. (the main fridge wasn't cooling, ice maker didn't work. The drain under the sink was leaking. The garbage disposal wouldn't turn off. The sliding glass door was \*\*\*\* to open and close.) As soon as something happened, I texted management and they always replied right away, which was great. But a few things, the beds that have the protecter mattress covers are extremely hot. They need to have an extra layer or two before the sheets. A few of us slept on couch’s. The “master” bedroom has a Murphy bed??? At least one King size bed in the house would be nice. More would be better. Thanks for labeling the light switches! 😂there’s so many! Sep 20, 2024 #### Making Lemonade out of a Lemon Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DO NOT stay here if you:1\. Plan to use the advertised hot tub2\. Enjoy the use of a working refrigerator 3\. A comfortable master bed is important to you4\. Place importance on having running water during your stay Yes, all of these things were a problem, and I am convinced management knew of them beforehand! We got to the home around 10:30pm. By 11:00 we realized there was NO RUNNING WATER! Luckily my husband was able to get into the utility room (laden with mouse traps and feces) to fix this issue. During this time, I made a call to the emergency number, left a message, and was never contacted by anyone regarding it...NEVER! The next morning I realized the refrigerator in the kitchen was running at 59 degrees and sent a text. Maintenance came out, gave a lame excuse, and said just to use the one in the garage. The bed in the master is so terrible that we took the mattress off of the sofa bed to get a little bit of comfort after feeling like sleeping on the floor would have been better the first night of our stay!And to top it all off, the hot tub was 1/3 full of cold water! I was informed that just the day before it had been serviced and there was a leak found but never reported. Highly unlikely...The home is very spacious although pretty dated, the kitchen is well stocked, and having three parking spots is a nice bonus, but for the issues that we incurred it’s not worth the amount of money we paid. Management did nothing but send texts asking how our stay was, but did nothing to fix the problems that we had. Please don’t disregard this review as just some angry renter in the same way I did before the purchase. All of these issues are more than valid and should be rectified before this house is rented out again. If you do rent, bring lots of sugar (and maybe some Tito’s) for the lemonade 🍋 ##### Angel T. Beautiful views of the mountains out of every window as well as Dillon Reservoir and hiking trails out the back door.
