Welcome to ‘Highest on the Hill’ where you have sweeping views of the Monashee Mountains, the North Okanagan and Silver Star Mountain. You are indeed the highest property on the hill. This two bedroom with den and three bathroom duplex has more than enough space for your family and some friends too! Walk in the front door to the entryway, on this level you’ll find the large den which is the perfect hangout spot for the kids. This can also double as a bedroom with the bunk bed and cozy sectional pullout couch. There is also a full bathroom on this level which makes it perfect if you would like to also use it as a bedroom. This is also where you can access the ski way for first tracks of the day! Head on upstairs to the main living area featuring the living room with a gas fireplace and incredible views, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a family breakfast or a big dinner at the end of the day on the mountain. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find the back deck with a BBQ and the unique cedar hot tub for your use. From here, head upstairs to both bedrooms The master bedroom features a full ensuite. The second bathroom on this bedroom level has a lovely stand up shower. The laundry facilities are conveniently located on this floor as well. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the duplex for added privacy and perfect for two couples, with king beds in each bedroom. Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom #1: King Bed (sleeps 2) with Ensuite Bedroom #2: King Bed (sleeps 2) Private Den on Lower Level: Queen/Queen Bunk Bed (sleeps 4) and pullout couch (sleeps 2) The den on the lower level does have a door which makes it the perfect, private space for your guests to use as a bedroom. Bathroom Configuration: Master Bathroom: Full Ensuite with Standup Shower Bathroom #2 on bedroom Level: Full Bathroom with Standup Shower Bathroom #3 on Lower Level: Full Bathroom In the summer season, Highest on the Hill has a central air conditioning to keep you cool, making it a great spot to spend your Okanagan summer vacations with your family and friends. Parking: There are two outdoor parking spots for your stay. The garage is not available for guest use. Ski Access: Ski right out of your backyard to the village and lifts and direct access back home along the skiway. Please Note: The hot tub is open during the winter season only and closed for the summer and shoulder seasons. Highest on the Hill is a fully equipped duplex with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost. The pet fee is $30 plus taxes per night/per pet. With VRBO, the pet fee listed is priced for the duration of your stay. Please let us know if you have any questions.
