There was no detail missed in this house! 4Kings is one to see and stay at with your friends and family! 4Kings Lodge is a 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom main house with an open and airy living room, a den that is perfect for the kids, high end kitchen, hot tub with a view, laundry room and tons of parking. Everything is new! Once you arrive, head into the grand front door to an open concept living area with large windows, 12 foot ceilings and views of Silver Star Mountain, The Village and the Monashee Mountain Range. The main living area has a large chef’s kitchen with top of the line KitchenAid appliances including a 48” range and double oven, a massive island to prep your meals and socialize at and it is stocked with everything you would need to cook a large meal for your group. The dining area comes with a custom dining table that comfortably sits 12 friends. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace, a 65” Smart TV and tons of comfy seating. This area is perfect for everyone getting together after a long day of skiing or biking. The main floor has an 800 sq. foot deck – with a comfy Adirondack chairs, a Weber BBQ and a full size hot tub for you to enjoy! Head upstairs to four more spacious bedrooms, three more full bathrooms and a den for the kids equipped with a 65” Smart TV and Foosball table. Bedroom Configuration: Main Floor Master Bedroom – King Bed (sleeps 2) with full ensuite with soaker tub and standup shower Bedroom Two – Queen Bed (sleeps 2) with full ensuite Bedroom Three – Queen Bed (sleeps 2) with full bathroom Bedroom Four – Double Bed (sleeps 2) and Twin Bed (sleeps 1) with Jack and Jill Bathroom (shared with bedroom five) Bedroom Five – Two Double Beds (sleeps 4) with Jack and Jill Bathroom (shared with bedroom four) Upper Level Den – Pullout Couch (sleeps 2) Although this house can sleep 15, maximum occupancy is strictly set to 10 Bathrooms: 4 Full Bathrooms Powder Room on Main Floor This is house is the whole package – beautiful high end finishes and furniture, views from the windows and decks that are unparalleled, amazing areas to socialize but space for everyone to have their own time as well. Bonus: The hot tub is open year-round for your use. There is a double garage for your use when renting 4Kings Lodge. In total, there are 8 parking spots available during your stay (2 in the garage and 6 outside in the driveway). Please Note: In the summer, there is no garage access for cars only for bike storage. 4Kings Lodge is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
