Deer Ridge Upper is a brand new, modern house on The Ridge with incredible views of the mountains and the village too! The floor to ceiling windows on the main floor allow you to take in the 180 degree views from the peak of Silver Star Mountain. Walk in the incredible front door to the open and airy main living area. This bright space has a large living room with a beautiful gas fireplace and soaring twelve foot ceiling. Cozy up on the couches and watch your morning sunrise with a warm cup of coffee. The large kitchen has anything you may need to cook those large meals at the end of the day. The large walk-in pantry has more than enough space for your food and supplies. Just off the kitchen is the dining room that leads to the expansive deck with a brand new, natural gas BBQ. On the main floor, you’ll also find a private office/den with desk, network connectivity and a pullout couch. Head downstairs to the bedrooms and the large media room. The media room is set up perfectly for the kids. It has a large TV and cozy couch to cozy up on and watch movies at the end of the day. The master bedroom has a king bed and those same amazing views from the main floor. The master also has a jack and jill ensuite with a stand up shower and soaker tub. On this level, you’ll also find the other king bedroom, the bunk room and the hot tub on the deck off the bedrooms. Soak in the hot tub at the end of a long day on the mountain with those views! This is also where you will find the laundry room. Parking: There is parking for 4 vehicles. 2 outside in the driveway and 2 inside the garage. Please Note: Deer Ridge Upper may be rented along with the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom suite. Otherwise, this suite may be occupied during your stay. Deer Ridge Upper is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
