Semi-open kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, wine fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Coffee machine CHICCO D'ORO. Bathroom with WC/lavabo/rain shower/towel warmer. Bedroom with boxspring double bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Laundry room for shared use. Cellar converted into ski room. 1 garage space (height 1.70m, car: maximum length 5m, maximum width 1.90m, maximum weight 2.5T). Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat.


HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Munterots 1.6 is located on the edge of the village centre of Silvaplana. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Mulets sports centre is about 5 minutes' walk away, where sports such as curling, ice skating, ice hockey, tennis, strength and endurance training, sailing and surfing can be practiced. There is a nice restaurant and camping facilities at the sports centre. The Corvatsch, skiing area in winter and starting point of many hikes in summer, is located on the right side of the lake in the village part Surlej, about 700m away. The sports bus leaves every half hour in all directions in winter. Many other winter and summer sports can be practiced in St. Moritz, 5 km away.
