It was a pleasure for us to welcome you here in Sillian at Hotel GESSER and to care about your well-being on the south side of the alps! Thanks too for your nice words and we want so say sorry again - like twice still here at the Hotel - for the really small mistake we made in your eyes! For us it was a normal process we´re doing the whole time during a week! All our Clients, from all countries are equal value. And only becaus of changing once your table in the Dining/Breakfast room it doesn´t mean that polish, czech, slovakian, etc. Clients are less valuable than austrian or german Clients. Such as you see in more than 1.500 Reviews on all of your sites we try to do the REALLY BEST for all of our Clients and quite 100% are always very satisfied. We want to say again sorry not to ask you before changin the table, it is and was us a normal process we are doing during a weekly stay if a Group is arriving and prefer to sit together, such as the austrian/german Clients, who are sittnig together year to year. It isn´t really fair, only becaus of this small Thing - changing once your table, to say that People/Clients from the east countries of europe are less valuable in our Hotel. ALL our Clients, new ones like regular costumers, polish, czech, austrian, italian, etc. from every Country are equivalent for us! So we really hope to welcome you again here at Hotel GESSER in the near future for another nice Holiday-week and to do again THE BEST for you and all our other Clients!
