"The Grand Hotel was a pleasant surprise. I thought the rooms were older but the fact that it was clean the staff was courteous and the breakfast was a little basic overall I would recommend the hotel to friends and family. I would gladly enjoy staying there again"

Little noisy late at nights, as it is close to a light train and not far away of airport. I could hear the bells of the light train late at night and some airplanes here and there. Still, other options were closer to airport so probably would be worst in terms of noise."

"Check in was easy. Hotel restaurant was great, clam chowder and wings were very good. Unlike other hotels, it was a quiet and peaceful stay. Breakfast was $10 for guests, but it was worth it. Will definitely book again. "

"Such a cool vintage gem of a hotel. Very peaceful with ponds and lush greenery. Our suite was fantastic, parking was free and easy as well. We enjoyed poolside breakfast which was fantastic and then some of their famous dinner. All the staff were super friendly and professional. We stayed two nights while shopping and attending a sports event at Stanford. Highly recommended "

"Hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. Only gripe I have is that they do charge a $200-$250 deposit that I wasn’t aware of. Granted this deposit was for the hotel in case we damaged the room or used the valet parking (which we did) and is 100% refundable. Just would have been nice to know of before hand so I knew what to expect when checking in. Besides that though everything else was great!"
