They charge for the airport shuttle. It’s not included in the room cost. The AC vents were seemed to be linked with kitchen since all the cooking smell was coming to the room.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! Smooth check in process, staff are extremely attentive, especially Nouman and Khanzada. They were very helpful and professional. We stayed at the hotel twice one night when we arrived in Pakistan and one night before leaving. Hotel is very clean, great location (1min walk to centurus mall).. rooms are big and clean with all the usual amenities. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with fab views of the mountains and Faisal masjid. Beds are comfortable, clean showers and warm water! I highly recommend it. One very small feedback is the coffee in the rooms is Nescafé sachets. Both hubby and I are coffee drinkers and we feel a hotel this standard should have a nespresso machine or similar. Hotel also offer complimentary airport shuttle which we took advantage of and car was very clean, clean professional drivers too. Highly recommended to anyone considering a stay in Islamabad, we will definitely be back! A massive shout out to Nouman, thank you for all your help.
