Summary:  
Charming seaside home just 35 meters from the beach in Kato Diminio. This elevated ground-floor apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living-dining area. Enjoy the front veranda, back garden, private parking, and all modern comforts including A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and more — ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment offers 124 sqm of bright, functional living space on an elevated ground floor (1.2 meters above street level), ideal for families or small groups. It includes three comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with two single beds, and one with a sturdy wooden bunk bed — all furnished with quality mattresses, wardrobes, and stylish decor.  
  
There are two full bathrooms, each with modern fixtures, bathtubs, and plenty of storage. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware and utensils.  
  
The open-plan living and dining area provides a cozy space to relax, with a large dining table, smart TV, cable/satellite channels, DVD player, and stereo system. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and four air conditioning units keep the entire space comfortable year-round.  
  
The front of the apartment opens to a spacious 33 sqm veranda with outdoor seating and dining furniture, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals. In the back, you’ll find a 77 sqm garden with additional seating, sun, and shade — perfect for children to play or for peaceful moments with a book.

The immediate beach is quiet and relaxing, ideal for those who enjoy a more laid-back setting without the crowds.  
  
Nearby beaches include Kiato Beach (2.5 km), known for its cafés and beach bars, as well as Krines (5 km), Melissi (8 km), Sykia (12 km), and the pine-fringed Pefkias Beach in Xylokastro (15 km). For day trips, head to the famous Blue Lake in Loutraki (40 km) or the thermal springs and casino in Loutraki town.  
  
History lovers will appreciate the proximity to Ancient Corinth (30 min), the Corinth Canal, and the archaeological site of Sikyon. For nature and hiking, the Ziria mountain region is about an hour’s drive.  
  
Kiato town (5 min by car) offers supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, and weekly farmers’ markets with fresh local produce. There are also several tavernas, cafés, and beachfront bars nearby where you can enjoy Greek cuisine, fresh seafood, or a drink by the sea.

Athens International Airport is approximately 130 km away (1.5 hours by car), and the Kiato railway station offers train service to Athens and beyond.
