All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied (staying in the unit wait them) by an adult (parent or guardian). • Only the number of persons specified on the reservation sheet will be allowed. Any additional people will be charged $50 a day. This must be approved prior to arrival. The premises (room, pool area, common areas, etc.) are for the use and enjoyment of registered guess only. • if you designated unit becomes unavailable due to unexpected circumstances, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit or cancel this agreement and refund all payments in full. • Make sure chairs and wagons were returned to their place of origin. In case of loss this will be charged $30.00 per chair / $200.00 wagon. • Security deposit: your credit card will be kept on file in lieu of a security deposit or a security deposit will be collect. Guess grants concerned for us to charge your credit card for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, fines, additional occupants, etc. • In order to maintain our high standards, we asked to our guest supervise the children all the times. • If you have any problems or questions during your stay, please contact our supervisor (contact information provided on your checking instructions). You have 72 hours to report any dissatisfaction with your unit. NOTE: only urgent /emergency issues will be addressed after hours and Sundays. • There is no daily maid or line service included except for cleaning after departure. • If you like yourself out of your unit there is a $50 charge to have our maintenance manager, come and open the unit for you. • The pool is heated during the winter months. • POOL HOURS: 8AM - 9PM • Noise Ordinance: There is a county noise ordinance in place that is in effect after dark and guest agrees to respect the ordinance and use common sense in keeping noise volume low after dark and is aware that the sheriff’s department will be called if noise has not ceased by 10 PM. If this occurs after one warning you will be asked to vacate the premises and there will be no refund. We are a family-oriented complex and hope you will respect your fellow guests. We do not allow loud parties, as it tends to disturb our other guests and neighboring residents. • You agree to abide by all condominium association rules and regulations. Parking is limited to passenger’s vehicles, motorcycles, and golf carts. The unit is newly renovated and it was very clean. It’s a great location with only a few minute walk to the beach or to the Siesta Key Village for food and shopping. Natty is an awesome host and was very quick to respond to mesaages. The unit is great for two people, the shower is very small but everything else was roomy. Only issues were no canal view from room as listed, AC was non stop, unable to regulate temp, there was a constant farm smell in the condo, only one hand towel, and tiny shower made shaving legs impossible unless you’re a contortionist. The location is the overwhelming factor with its proximity to the village and the beach. The kitchen and the internet were our biggest complaints. The lack of kitchen utensils and appliances and the layout were frustrating for us as we were there for a month. Internet was hit or miss in different rooms. ##### Jim S. The listing mentioned washer/dryer and I assumed that was in unit and it wasn’t. The freezer didn’t have an ice maker or ice trays. The upstairs neighbors were heavy footed. I would stay here again as long as I didn’t need to wash anything. I never did find a washer and dryer, but I also didn’t look very hard around the property. ##### Crystal W. We are frequent visitors to Siesta and knew this was a good location. A short walk to village and beach. The unit was recently renovated. I read the reviews so was prepared for the low water pressure and no toiletries. You’ll get 2 tiny bars of soap and 2 toilet paper rolls and just enough towels. There’s a laundry machine on property, but who wants to do wash on vacation? We bought dish detergent and extra tp and left it behind for the next folks. There were no beach chairs. Just a wagon is provided and an umbrella had been left behind from previous tenants. Some units seemed to have a single, crappy chair- but ours had none. I’ve never stayed at a rental without chairs. We bought 2 and left for the next tenants. Hope they’ll be there when you arrive! Half way through our stay we started to experience weird smells- we discovered a baby diaper behind the couch! We also discovered that when the folks above cook, smells travel down through the vents. we ended up getting an air freshener and leaving some windows cracked. I’ll say any communication w manager was pretty quick although no fix found. Speaking of the upstairs unit- you’ll hear every step they take. There was 6 adults above and it was noisy. The shower is VERY small. Bathroom sink is in w the toilet- odd choice but functional.
