The covered patio space includes a large smart TV and multiple seating and dining options! These spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). As you go up in this home, you'll find multiple balconies with seating and amazing views on all levels, ending at the roof top deck that features wide open Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Key views. This nearly 4,000 square foot home has high ceilings that are vaulted in many areas. It also has well-placed windows and sliding doors to bring in great natural light and complement the wonderful views throughout the home. This home has an elevator with service to all floors (except the rooftop). This home provides 6 bedrooms (all with en suite baths), and 6 full baths and 2 half baths. There are 4 king beds, 1 California king bed, and 1 custom full over king bunk bed. It comfortably sleeps 14 people in beds. The home was designed with a main level of living located on the top floor so that everyone can enjoy the views! In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort and an outdoor grill (natural gas). The home's ping pong table and beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) here as well so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You'll also access the home's main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above. The First Level of Living (2nd Floor): This level features a club room, as previously described, with amazing amenities, games, gaming consoles, balcony access, and Gulf views. There are also 3 bedrooms on this floor, including 1 of the home's 2 master bedrooms. Master bedroom 1 features balcony access with Gulf views, king bed, walk-in closet, and an oversized en suite bath with double vanity, shower and a freestanding soaker bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a king bed, -jack and jill' closets, rear balcony access with pool and city views, and en suite baths with vanity and a walk-in shower. There is also a half bath and washer/dryer on this level. The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor): Here, you'll find the main great room with Gulf views. The fully stocked kitchen includes a range and hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, dishwasher, trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. These spaces are very well appointed with drink-ware, cookware, bakeware, dish-ware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. The dining and living areas have a dining table for 12, island bar top table for 5, and a comfortable living room. This was an amazing house. It had everything you could want, walkable to everything, restaurant shopping , and the beach. We never needed to rent a car. So many things to do at this house. The outdoor pool was a beautiful Oasis. Our group of 8 adults had plenty of room and the location made it super convenient to walk or grab a quick uber to Siesta Village. The place was beautiful and a perfect place to gather and hang out with ages 18 to 82! Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms and we had so many areas to gather in and play. The place was immaculate and any issues resolved quickly. Two super minor things and fixed instantly! So impressed with the management company and the property! The house was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The Vunique staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including purchasing a meat thermometer for us, and bringing it to the house. The only negative was no umbrella/sun shield for the beach, so bring your own or buy one when you get there. Otherwise it’s perfection! The location to the beach and town was the best! ##### Karen E. Our family of 11, ages 3 to 70 greatly enjoyed this home inside and out! Pool, hot tub, and golf greens provided everyone plenty of activities when we weren't on the beach or in the village. The maintenance staff were responsive to the very minor issues that arose. They responded Immediately to texts and the staff was very pleasant when we chatted with them. The only item to be mindful of when selecting this beautiful home, is that there is very little sunshine on the backyard during Thanksgiving time. It is pricey but worth it! ##### Greg M. Firstly, we had unfortunate timing with the hurricane on the gulf coast and the staff was not only communicative, they went above any expectations by communicating with us before our stay and ensuring our safety, and absolute FIVE STAR support throughout! The property itself is fantastic, indoors & outdoors! Plenty of space to host our extended family (12 ppl), dining room space for 16 of us when we had friends come for a surprise personal chef dinner! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space for quiet time, and family room space for good laughs throughout the week! The pool and amenities were exceptional - took full advantage of it all once the hurricane cleared thru. All in all, we are a family who fortunately travel a good bit and this was an EXCEPTIONAL experience from start to finish! The property team were absolutely wonderful!! Communication with the property management company was exceptional and they were quick to respond to any and all requests. One maintenance snafu occurred when a guy with a gas-powered leaf-blower showed up in the middle of the day to do maintenance by the pool and just proceeded to blow leaves and sand all over the place while my mom was sitting outside trying to enjoy the pool area. It seemed odd since we had not requested it, and I don’t remember reading about it in the house manual. Functionally a couple items about the property were less than ideal from my standpoint… One is that there is no bathroom on grade so to use the restroom. You need to leave the pool area and walk upstairs to the second floor, which, given the fact that the whole first floor and steps and everything is tile is slightly hazardous, since there are no floor mats, either. The other item of note is that since you are connected to another house, and so close, you can essentially hear VERY well through the walls, and to the adjoining outdoor pool decks. So if privacy and acoustics are a big deal for you, that could be a dealbreaker here. Besides those items though everything was awesome and it was an excellent property that definitely met our needs and a great way to enjoy the area as a homebase for a week. We booked a few days to vacation with our family and best friend's family. The pictures don't do the home justice. Not to mention its close proximity to everything and the beach access directly across the street. We even got to watch storms a few hours off the coast from the balcony and roof top deck, and it was absolutely beautiful.
