This coastal villa can be rented as a whole or separately as Casita Morning Star and Casita Sun Star, providing you with the flexibility to choose the perfect accommodation for your vacation. Featuring not just one, but two private heated pools, The Solaster promises an unparalleled experience. With its prime location just a short drive from Siesta Key Village and Siesta Key Beach, a quick 3-minute walk to Crescent Beach and Point of Rocks, and a stroll from Crescent Village, this haven is perfectly situated to make the most of your time on Siesta Key.

As you enter The Solaster, you will be captivated by the coastal ambiance and attention to detail. The property offers two screened-in front porches, providing a serene spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the warm Florida breeze. With 6 bedrooms and 6 full baths, including 4 king beds, 2 full beds, and 2 queen sofa sleepers, The Solaster comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, ensuring that everyone has a restful night's sleep. Linens are provided for your convenience.

Stay connected and entertained with free WiFi and 8 HDTVs strategically placed throughout the property.

Each unit features a full kitchen, both thoughtfully designed and fully equipped, providing ample space and all the necessary amenities for culinary creations. Additionally, two gas grills are available at the rear of the property, allowing you to indulge in delicious barbecues.

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: This home is a combination of 2 units - Casita Morning Star - 6920 and Casita Sun Star - 1135 that are accessed by different entrances and do not share common space indoors. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the space for this property.

This property was absolutely wonderful for our family of 11. We rented both units which gave us more than enough room for separate family time with the ability for the kids to go back and forth to spend a lot of “cousin time.” Pool was excellent and was used a couple of times every day. Location was perfect for us to get to the beaches. Our favorite was Turtle Beach. Convenient to get on the Trolley. Communication with the staff was excellent and communication center was easy to use and informative. We loved every minute of it.

We had everything we could have needed. It was so nice that they had bikes, beach chairs, beach towels etc. The canopy was missing the top though, I will need to let them know. But the house was perfect for our large family. We rented both sides. The property management company was awesome and addressed our issues immediately when we reached out on the screen. We locked ourselves out and they couldn’t have been more c Gracious and Speedy. Thank you for the awesome stay and the great service!

We enjoyed our stay. The few problems we had were addressed by maintenance right away. The place was within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Wish there was a pass through the fence between the pools for easier access when the whole house is rented.

The Solaster was perfect for our group of 15! Everyone has a comfortable place to sleep and having two kitchens and grills made it easy to prepare all of our meals! We did enjoy one adult dinner out and there were tons of nearby restaurants that we could walk to or take a quick golf card ride to. The beach was an easy walk and we were out there every day by noon. Our younger kids swam in the pools every morning and evening, and the teenagers spent some of their afternoons there. Beautiful place!

Amazing place to stay and awesome amenities. From the minute we stepped into this vacation getaway, we felt like we had been transported into paradise. The house, pools, bikes , beach chairs/toys and grill area were perfect. We loved the white powder sand beaches, the walk to stores, the trolley ride to the village, the drum circle on Sunday night at the public beach, Turtle Beach, the parks, going into Sarasota and just everything. We will be back. Thank you Cottages on the Key.

This was our first time to Siesta Key and we couldn't have stayed at a more perfect place! You really don't have to bring anything extra and the places are beautifully decorated with lots of great amenities. We loved being a block from the beach and the trolley could be flagged down right outside the house. The rental company, Cottages on the Key were excellent. They answered all of our questions, provided lots of little extras like cupcakes upon our arrival and were very available to assist. It's definitely a gem!

Great space for multiple families. Clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds. Stocked kitchens, loved the 8 bikes and many beach chairs. Lovely pools. Short walk to powder sand beach. Many restaurants within walking distance.
