There is a beautiful nautical seating area with two sofas, side chairs, and a large TV. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, counter seating, basic cookware, adjacent is the formal dining table set for eight guests. If you can’t get enough of the Florida weather, head out to the balcony and take advantage of the grill provided and the outdoor table.

The primary bedroom has beautiful coastal décor, a TV, and access to the screened-in lanai that has cute outdoor seating. In the primary ensuite bathroom, you will find a double vanity, a walk-in shower with unique tile, and a spacious walk-in closet. Similar to the primary, the second bedroom has a comfy bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom has a TV, closet space and access to the hall bath with a shower and tub combination. On your way to the rooftop deck is a den with a daybed.

Excellent beach house

The property is an excellent option for a family getaway at Siesta Key. Bedrooms layout is excellent, with two private bathrooms. We also used the fourth floor room and the terrace, that was a plus! We used almost all the kitchen features, as well as the laundry. The beach carts, tent and chairs were another nice surprise! As well as the garage and the pool and game room. The elevator was a bit tricky to use, but it helped a lot loading/unloading our stuff. The property is located across the beach main street with easy access; and a few blocks from the village attractions. Everybody on our group was pleased with the property.

Weekend getaway from bad NJ weather

Property location is top notch. Beach access across the street. Beaches are the best in nation. House is shared so its a toss up who you get but tons of privacy with separate entrances and one common area....pool. House is nicely decorated with a refresh needed in the next few years. Big rooms. Only thing that would be needed is small overlooked items...ie salt, pepper, stuff like that. One issue with AC in upstairs bedroom. Called and someone responded within an hour. Unfortunately nothing could fix the issue so we had to have guests sleep on the couch downstairs. Owner promptly made good for the inconvenience which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

A little piece of paradise

From the moment we arrived, we knew we would feel right at home here. The property was very clean, extremely spacious, and had everything we needed and more to make our stay amazing! The beds were very comfortable. The view from the top floor was spectacular. We spent the Fourth of July here, and you could see at least 20 fireworks displays all around you from the rooftop. It was amazing!!! The pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quick walk to the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key.

Siesta key family vacation

The house is beautiful, very spacious and beautifully decoration. The location is great, beach is just across the street. The house is walking distance to restaurants and stores. The only negative comment I have is that the pool and play room you have to share it with other tenants, i didn’t read that when booking but other than that it was an amazing weekend.

Beach stay

Great view from roof top patio. Overall a beautiful condo with awesome amenities. Perfect location to access the beach and short distance walk to the village. The pool was perfect for our family. We had an absolute blast!

Beautiful property right across the street from the most beautiful beach! We had 5 adults in our party and had more than enough room for everyone, the property was spotless and came with more than enough supplies for cooking or grilling! The screened in terrace and rooftop deck were wonderful places to enjoy the perfect weather in Siesta Key. We would definitely stay again!

Family Wedding

The unit was terrific. Once oriented with all of the access doors/elevator, you were able to enjoy all of the amenities. The living space on the 2nd floor was really nice. Open, spacious and plenty of room to easily accommodate 8+ adults. All bedroom areas were clean and spacious. Plenty of bedding. On the 4th floor deck, they installed lattice for children. This could have been removed for adult tenants as it did not add to a really good view of the beach and sunsets. One downside would be sharing the small pool with the guests in the 2nd unit. It was awkward when you didn't have enough seating. This was more of an inconvenience than an issue. I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

Beautiful property in awesome location

The property was just as it appeared on the website. Very spacious, nicely decorated with lots of room. The location was just across the street from the ocean access and the beach was gorgeous. Beautiful white sugar sand and gentle waves. We used the beach wagon, boogie boards, chairs, and beach toys. They have several coolers for use as well. We had six people so we all had our own bedroom and full bath. There is a trundle bed on the upper level that we did not use but could easily fit another 2 people. Pool is a nice size - bigger than I expected and was great for cooling off after being at the beach most of the day. Before we left we took a look at Unit B which shares the pool and game room. It's smaller but would be a great addition if you have a large group. Could easily sleep another 6 (or 8 if you have children). Andrew was great to work with and gave us great suggestions on local food and attractions. The guys went on a trip with Reel Fishing and caught numerous big fish. The trolley makes it easy to get around - you really don't need a vehicle if you can Uber from the airport. They are not allowed to supply any foodstuffs because of the risk of tampering. I'd recommend you bring some coffee, & sugar and cream packets to get you thru the first morning.

Beautiful location, spacious, however you are sharing pool and other amenities plus property manager “Kim O” barged into our family time unannounced , barking at us as if we didn't just pay a huge sum of money to spend a quiet family vacation , ruined our last day. They should keep that bulldog leashed, or stand to loose patrons.
